Michael Simpson developed many of his coaching skills while serving for 6 years in the Marine Corp's and as a record setting sales professional for the past 20 years. His book "The Sales Cookbook" is an integral part of his 29i national sales training seminars and serves as the backbone to his behavioral ingredient methodology.

As a sales trainer and special events speaker, has spent more than 20 years in sales, sales management and sales training. His diverse background includes experience in sales, sales training, creative problem solving and motivational team building. He regularly conducts programs ranging from small group training sessions to large group presentations. He routinely provides salespeople with a distinct edge over the competition by showing how to combine experience with strategic ingredients that transform them into a well rounded sales professional.

In 2004, He founded Terra Realty Services which expanded in Terra Companies LLC. and grew into a multimillion dollar company offering Architectural Services, Development Services, Capital Services and Real Estate Services all under one roof. His vision of "Concept to Keys" proved to be a needed service in the real estate development community. After selling his interest in the company he quickly moved to expand Terra Realty and Commercial Wealth Network into a unique Real Estate Firm that focuses on developing nationwide investment opportunities for High Net Worth individuals and hosting syndication events for class "A" income producing commercial properties.

Since publishing his book "The Sales Cookbook" Michael has developed Positive Success International around a unique sales training program that focuses on the 29 key ingredients for sales success. This in addition to his years of positive motivational speaking offer clients a high level perspective on their business and personal lives.

Like an award-winning chocolate chip cookie all the ingredients must be right for it to be award-winning. The combination of these exact ingredients is what makes it special.

Ingredients are used in almost everything we touch every day. Without the proper ingredients things don’t work the way we intended or want them to. Simply take out one ingredient in cement (water) and it simply does not work.

Being a sales professional is no different, we are made up and succeed by applying multiple ingredients which ultimately lead to a sale. These ingredients come from multiple influences in life, everything from your personality, friends and family and education to books, seminars and fellow coworkers. The idea that you can read one book and become a super salesman is not realistic. To be well rounded as a sales professional you have to have multiple ingredients from multiple influences that are joined into a master recipe, which is you.

This book outlines the ingredients needed for sales success and gives you the tools to form your own recipe based on your specific ingredients that make up you as top sales performer.
