There are five simple steps involved in the coaching
process.
- Michael will ask you to
complete a comprehensive Evaluation and Assessment
and a Personality Profile. These two documents help
him tailor his coaching feedback and initial
counsel.
- Initial meeting at your location or
ours. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your needs, concerns,
desires, goals to establish a
clear set of objectives and a success plan.
- Schedule
our Monthly Calls. Please allow from 30 minutes to an hour.
- Schedule
first review of your new success plan.
